Got one look at the place and first thought was clean up after yourself. Fix holes in walls don't let pit hands in the office with oily hands. Have a designated sales men that greets the customer and takes in the vehicles so all the hands have to do is their job ( not everyone is a salesman) .So the customer gets to deal with a clean professional person that knows all the prices and knows exactly what their vehicle needs. No one wants to show up and hand their vehicle over to someone covered in oil, or walk into an office that is covered in oil, grime and dirt. If ya want to expand try doing shocks it takes a simple wall mounted tool and some stock area which you have plenty of upstairs and tools you already have on hand. Just a thought.
Every since the fairly recent change of ownership the service and level of technical expertise at this fast lube service facility has declined terribly. I still have been using them as they are the only quick lube kind of place we have here. My most recent trip ended really bad as the technician had damaged a part in my cars oil filter housing when he was removing the filter. Then things got worse when he and the manager of the place decided to make excused and point blame on my or the car. They claimed "the car had over heated" or that "it was like that when it got here." A simple search of fail codes would reveal if the vehicle had ever overheated. And I can assure you that it hasn't. It's a 2011 model with 79000 miles on it. They did agree to pay to have my vehicle towed the the local repair facility but they will not voluntarily pay for the repairs. We will see about that. I drove the vehicle in to have the oil changed and now I am out or a vehicle for at least three days and I have been relieved of over $500 in repairs and labor. They will be hearing more from us you can bet.
