The staff of the Rockin 7 Ranch and myself visited because I had taken so many photographs that my phone had run out of memory, and as a result, was not functioning properly. Both Cyera and Cody were THE most helpful people EVER encountered at a Verizon store. They helped solve the problem rather quickly and painlessly, and I was back to snapping photos on vacation! (We'd give them 10 stars if it were possible.) Nicest, friendliest, most knowledgeable and helpful (and very beautiful too, I might add! ;) Visit the Douglas store and let them make your wireless phone troubles a thing of the past.

I had a great experience today at the Verizon store in Douglas, WY. I purchased an IPhone 7plus. Cody Estes was the tech that waited on me and he was awesome! Answered all my questions clearly and was very patient! I will definitely go back to that store for all my Verizon needs!
I bought a phone here on Sunday and asked if they could ship it, ensuring that it would make it to my husband in Virginia by Saturday. My husband is in the Marines and only has 24 hrs, starting on Saturday, to have his phone and his had broke. They said it would definitely make it. I called on Friday to check and make sure it had been delivered. They did not ship it until Wednesday and so it will not arrive until Tuesday, leaving my husband with no way to contact me and me with no way to tell him what happened. Plus I was robbed of my chance to talk to him for the first time in a couple weeks. They won't let me return it so he can get a new one when he gets his liberty tomorrow, & even if I wanted to they sent it too long after I bought it for it to get back in time to be returned. They insisted it would make it by Saturday because I checked several times to ensure they understood how important it was that the phone reach him by Saturday and that if it couldn't I could find a way to send it myself. They have done nothing to remedy their mistake and my family and I will not be using them again because of it.
I had great customer service, especially since i struggle with technology. She was so very helpful. Great asset to company.
