As a significant other to someone who has worked with Shirley recently.. I would not recommend working with her EVER. She posted his listing leaving out MAJOR details of the property. We had to send her a write up for the property that had to include details like: brand new well and power on the property, amazing views and with site work done and ready to build.. SIGNIFICANT details to help the property sell. She finally put those in the listing.. you would think a professional would have done this herself... the property sells and closes... and NO words were heard from her. NO indication signing had happened, NO thank you for your business... basically NO common courtesy from a person who is supposed to be working for YOU. She only cares about her money made off of you... do not reach out to Shirley if you want someone who will work for YOU during a huge sale of your life.
